Critical parameters tested in-house
All the critical parameters required for validating the product are tested in-house at the state-of-art testing facilities and endurance lab at our plant.
Our starter motors and alternators are constantly being tested round the clock on engines provided by our customers
The various tests before any product rolls out includes the following:
- Electrical characteristic measurements according to ISO standards
- Endurance and Reliability tests on various engines and test rigs
running round the clock.
- Thermal shock tests
- Vibrations tests
- Noise tests
- Environmental tests:
- Cold crank test (-40°C)
- Water spray / splash test
- Salt spray test
- Dust / temperature test
